Hello.I am renting out one of my rooms in my 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment for 500 p/month or 125 p/week .Availabilty will be on April the 1st of xxxx(But the room is move-in ready. You can move in prior to that time if all stipulations are met).It is in a quiet area of Lawrenceville.It is close to Gwinnett Technical College & Georgia Gwinnett College(about 10-20 minutes depending on traffic).All Utilities are included (Electric,Gas,Basic Cable,Water, & Internet/Wi-Fi).You have your own personal bathroom.The room is a Master Bedroom UNFURNISHED(Items in the room will be taken out. This was left from my previous roommate. But the room has been cleaned throughly).
MALE ONLY!!! If your a smoker,that's ok as well.To describe me,besides being a student,I'm 34 & I have a small home PC business.My major is computer science.I'm very reserved,quiet,& laid-back.As for rules of the household:
(1)No "Hardcore" Drugs.I'm 420 friendly though
(2)No Pets
(3)No Overnight Guests
(4)No excessive guests or partying.
Prior to a Move-In(If interested),I would need proof that you make 3x your rent by providing paycheck stubs as well as proof of at least a year of employment.Also,I would need at least 6 to 9 months of tenancy signed in an agreement.Plus a $250 Deposit & your 1st month's rent-$500(or 1st weeks rent-$125...whichever we agree to).
I would like a roommate(s) that is responsible,dependable,friendly,& also mature.Someone closer to my age range (slightly younger or older) would be ideal.Hopefully,you are somewhat clean.I'm not OCD-ish but would'nt like someone who is a total slob.
